Looking to get this done soon,

 

was wondering who to get to do it, id prefer a Zed specialist but dont thing there is 1 close to me.

 

Ideally i want them to fit the uderdrive pulleys and replace all the belts at the same time.

 

how much should i be looking at paying and how long does it take (it i have to travel will have to wait around till its done)

You are not newbie just give zedworld a call

Its a big job mate takes most of the day and unless you trust your local garage to set the tensioner up properly id stick to a zed guy. I took mine to my local garage but the guy who works on my car runs a 200sx drift car so knows nissan engines very well.

Meant to say ive got all the bits. so the cambelt kit, water pump underdrive pulleys and all the belts. so its just someone to fit it im looking for.

 

I did think about Jeff, but i know its a big job and he is 2 1/2 hours away.

2.5h is nothing ... i had to do 26h trip for respray :) ( one way )

Good thing about Jeff is he will consult it and check everything too, I'd book a Friday slot with a travel lodge Fri night then drive back sat when the roads are quieter

Just don't bother, sell it to me on the cheap

book in to hotel drive to jeffs and there stay the night .women love a hotel room and some dinner/ drinkypoohs. then pick up next day ,that way youve treated her treated you car. his cambelt work is warrented with photos ,good for the history folder, gets pluged in to conzult and if there any other issues or health check them your in the right place. call jeff. its a no brainer. or take it to a garage who dont want to work on your car proberly cook things up then blame you for supplying the ifie parts?

Get to Jeff's Neil - he will do it while you wait and, as Jeff has done thousands of cambelts, he's got it down to a fine art; so it takes him about 1/2 a day!!

 

Plus you know that Jeff will only use a genuine Nissan belt - and he will set everything up properly on the ConZult afterwards. It's worth the drive to Zedworld - and Jeff will charge you a lot less than a non-specialist garage; someone else would probably base their labour on Nissan's recommended job time.....!!

Cambelt change is a while you wait job as the other guys have mentioned, you could stop over if you wish we have a good deal with a local hotel ( Swan Hotel Coleshill) its something like £35 a night including breakfast and they do a wicked evening buffet all you can eat for under a fiver.
