Andy, the indicators on my shortie have been changed to LED's along with the side lights, the indicators flash very fast as if there is a bulb out, do I need the relay

you talk about to give them a normal flash rate? Cheers Andy.

I just left two original bulbs connected in the rear of the car (but tucked out of the way behind the trim so you don't see them) and then plugged in the LED ones and jobs a good un!

That's because you want to save yourself £2.00 !!

BTW I have that many leds come on when I signal that I don't need a fast flash relay :whistling:.

cheers guys just the arieal to sort out now.?
could it be stuck mine used to get stuck dirt builds up on them so you need to keep it clean, try turning the radio on then going to the aerial and manually lift it as the motor to it comes on .

There is a control box for the aerial; just inside the inner right hand rear wing - behind the boot trim. It is a white-ish box about the same size as a cigarette packet!

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

Yes....stick 12v directly into it and see what happens !!

Never had one on the bench nor have I ever had an issue with mine but I expect there's only about 4 wires, one will be ground and one will be positive lift and another positive retract, so go on do it then work back from here.
