Need a new clutch. Something stronger than standard. What's good and where do I get it from?

Also, might as well change my flywheel while I'm at it so some recommendations for that too.

Anything else worth doing/replacing while I'm at it?

I've got a competition clutch but it's not even done 300k miles and it's only supporting stock boost ATM.

Its on its way back from the moon, sure that k shouldn't be there lol

lol we should get a poll on all the different clutches for the zed and people who have experienced a clutch give general, how long did it last, how harsh was the bite...would you buy again kind of feedback.

Lol sorry 3k! It's heavy rated for 500bhp stage 2 I believe can't remember what the price was it was about 2 years ago.

simple way which is fast and have more people input their opinion is just start a poll and list the clutches you want....then they dont have the whole discussion again.

great idea ]

Below are some pics of a couple of clutch options we supply or supply and fit, manufactured for us in the UK to our own specifications so no import duty and no silly delivery times, all brand new, no remanufactured items here.

The first two pictures are of a 25% upgrade item mainly used for mild boost and chip upgrades.

The paddle clutch is available in 5 or 6 puck depending upon spec required,

The clutch cover features upgrade fingers and steel inserts, the plate has progressive double shock springs which makes this paddle clutch feel almost stock unlike others which end up been like an on/off switch the friction material is stable to very high temps and load and would be fine for your application.

Matching lightened flywheels available from UK stock too.

I didn't realise you sold bespoke clutches too Jeff, how much do you sell them for and have you sold many?

I've had one in mine since I've owned the car, it's the 25 percent upgraded one. My car is running stage one mods, 15psi, plus intercoolers and its been fine for the last 10000miles. It feels like stock.

sounds good

Jeff, in your experience, how does the feel of your 6 puck clutch feel in comparison to an RPS Max jobbie?

Puck clutch`s can sufffer from shudder, especially the 3 puck ones however a 6 puck are so much better but never as smooth as a full face clutch plate, RPS Max have been around a long time but do have heavy feel to them not awful though, the hydraulics need to be up to scratch though and often the pedal adjustment will be required or the bit point will be very low.
