Ime running 18,s with a 20mm drop on all corners...on the front i have 25mm spacers but there is a very slight rubbing on the liner at the front outside corners. Has anyone had to adapt or remover any inner liners to accomadate there setup?

i had to remove all the inners on mine to fit 19's on.

still catches a little when turning tho.

my advice would be to make sure you clean up inside the arch and give it a few coats of shultz everywhere to protect it.

yea that was my thinking too Dave...do you get much crud going into the screen wash bottle area?

Still have all my liners intact. I certainly won't remove them. Makes the car look like it hasn't been put back together properly and tatty. I have 19" wheels. Fronts are 8.5mm wide with a +20 offset. On 'extreme' cases, it lightly catches, but that's only if I encounter a speed hump that's too agressive at slightly too much speed....ie, it rarely happens.

If you use your Z in the wet, even more of a reason NOT to take them off.

My Zeds have always been sunday morning toys Si...i dont need to remove the cabin side i just need to trim the front and maybe the top. Small price in my books for the "stance" and we all know its all about the looks:drool:

I got a pretty sorted stance I think mate and my liners are still there. You need to find out where it actually catches.

it does get dirty but it washes off.

it doesnt get blocked up or filled with mud and as a bonus allows a full flow of air to cool the brakes.

my z is my daily driver and and has caused no concerns with them fully removed.

you wont when i get it painted black, lol.

You how low my car is bri with 255 19r up front and no rubbing. You need to tap up the little metal tabs and this will lift up the. Plastic arch.

This will lift it up and allow the wheel tomove about. :)

Remember the warm up the arch with hair dryer so you don't crack the paint :)
