It's probably the times mate. I think £570 quid mate seem a lot on an in car ghetto blaster lol. Mainly because most of us already have stereos that do the same things already for well over half the price - granted alpine stuff is probably a better quality product though

I've been trying to google some reviews on this headunit but keep coming up with German or Dutch sites, the top UK audio resellers don't stock this so there seems to be very little to read up about it? Could you point me in the right direction of some UK reviews?

but given the Brand name and the Complete spec of the system at that Price makes it really good other Head units with in the same spec are 200quid more

I rate Alpine, so I guess it's going to be very good. My head unit is Alpine and it gives reasonable sound quality without an amp. I really want to get a very small amp to power the speakers (Alpine also) as there's not enough mid-range. I have a sub that I run through an amp and that's good.

 

The actual system is great and pretty easy to navigate, so imagine the new one to be much better.

Hehe me too! I have a double din currently but it's a homemade jobbie for a touchscreen and the dimensions are slightly different.

I rate Alpine, so I guess it's going to be very good. My head unit is Alpine and it gives reasonable sound quality without an amp. I really want to get a very small amp to power the speakers (Alpine also) as there's not enough mid-range. I have a sub that I run through an amp and that's good.

the Face that houses the screen is Slightly larger than the Main unit its self

 

if your doing a custom radio fascia or buying the z32 one i dont see a problem

But all my Electronics Come with the Normal 12month warranty as you would with any shop

God no, mine's too old for that I think. Having said that, it does have an aux input, so I guess it must do. It has nav and camera options. I mainly use it to look fancy, play CDs and watch DVDs when I am at ferry terminals!

I did mate yes, it's a good price, on par with any deals available online. It is still more than I want to pay but as its the only 8" screen on the market so I'm still considering it. Before I decide I'm waiting for my double din trim to arrive so I know the exact measurements for fitment.

it only over hangs by 1/4" all around .. it wont catch ..
