Both are RH and LH as supplied by Nissan.

The top one (RH) is handed by a pin. Which i am aware can be pushed out and swapped over (correct?)

The bottom one (LH), I thought was wrong and I got re-supply. But they sent the same one again????

Shall I just order another RH and change the pin? Or whats going on?

rear wheel bearing ?

top one is for 300z bottom one isnt

OOOOOOH yes it is!!!!!

I have some used hubs here just like it

strange so what does the shoe pads locate on to ... as that must me different as well then ..

not come across that type of Bearing as of yet

one is for a tt the other n/a

however the n/a one is also very similar to a 200sx except they have a different spline

the none turbo has a thicker brake shoe pivot that takes up the thickness of the extra tab. I have no idea why they made them different though

They are both for NA supposedly. But why is a tab missing on one of them?

CZP says the suspicious bottom one is for an 02/89 to 03/90 NA.

Is that the case Pete? So what happens to the Handbrake without that tab with the holes in?

I did a lot of research on this when doing a z32 rear brake conversion onto my s14 and im just rebuilding the brakes/hubs for my restoration.

anything else, im happy to help

Wow thanks! Have some rep.

So basically the brake bolt shape and wheel bearing are related. There are two types of each on the NA's.

To use the wheel bearing without the 'tab', I need to make sure my bolt has a thicker flange. (Or make a shim as that young lady did).

Its possible Nissan did away with this variation early on the save costs, and thereafter all NA and TT have the 'tab', after mid 1990.
