I was thinking... and *yes* I am gonna do it anyway even if it's billy no mates (apart from the missus who is up for it) ..... but is anyone else up for a weekend meet so we can cruise (errm I mean crawl) through the Blackpool illuminations this autumn?

 

My idea is if anyone wants to make a weekend of it we all book a Saturday night at one of the bigger hotels (that has a carpark!) The rest who just want to make an evening of it come up late afternoon and join the convoy.... and given some dry weather we cruise the illumnations both ways targas off (and heaters on most likely)

 

Then later we hit the town and go to the Motown and Soul club near North Pier (or whatever floats your boat)

 

Just asking around right now to see if anyone else wants to do this....... then hopefull I can get some dates organised and something booked

 

Hope I really am not Billy no mates on this one - but my Z will be on the Blackpool fronts whatever lol

I'm far from happy Bri, I just couldn't get over it and there wasn't even a choice of going partly around the sides as there was a kerb all the way down this entrance drive, like all us I literally crept over the others and even then felt a touch but this particular one was huge and if memory serves not kept in the best of order.

 

Would really like Wayne or Stewart to just toddle on back and take a pic/measurements as this hotel is not private and is open to the public so we've every right to be there - just make sure you go in one of these :surrender:.

 

Just thought I'd look for a pic on their website, nothing, but did find this review from a guest, expect they might be more if I go on tripadvisor.

Sorry you got an injury but mine scraped over all of them no matter how I approached :(

 

What injury :cool3:, found some silver spray that's incredibly like my body colour Simoniz Engine Aluminium Enamel so ended spraying all my front bumper and then some new swage line tape and all is as good as new again.
