Locked out!- HELP

Locked out of my Zed. It has an aftermarket Scorpion Alarm linked to door/boot locking but it suddenly wont release the doors or boot but still beeps as if all is ok.

 

I have keys for boot & doors but they wont work even though they go in the lock without difficulty. Battery has been a little iffy recently so I have now put it on charge by removing loose scuttle.

 

Can anyone help please?
