Thinking about getting an L200 warrior round about 04 plate any body know much about them apart from check for the head gaskets

Check for engine movement side to side, i had to repair one once, 04 plate and found that one balance shaft broken and the other had the wrong shaft, meaning the wrong cogs to fit the timing belt, nightmare. But if she sounds sweet they are normally a good work horse, but that experience put me off.

I personally wouldn't. They're as agricultural as a potato peeler. SOOOOO noisy. I'd look toward the Navara. You can buy a series one for less I think.

Have to agree with Simon on this one the navara is a really good car IMO I'd look towards a ford ranger or a navara

The Toyota truck (whatever it's called) looks pretty good as well; my neighbour has just bought himself a 62 plate one in black and it looks pretty awesome!!

ive been offerd an 04 with 75k he needs the money could get a bargin just to move it on

Used to use one of these for work occasionally. Awful ride, terrible seating position (seat very close to the floor so your legs feels like they are stretched out and can get sore on long journeys, very thirsty on fuel.

One good thing though, stick them in rear wheel drive and they drift very very easily, sometimes when you don't even want them to!
