I've seen this and it seems almost too good to be true!

Anyone got any thoughts or advice for a Zed newbie...?

looks to be the same design/style as the F1 clutch .. but painted different colors

Worth any kind of punt, you think...? Or not...?

I have the exact same stage 3 on mine and been on a year now, I am running 500 at the wheels, get it bought but don't forget you'll have some import tax and get the clutch fit properly by Lee Dent :thumbup1:.

People diss things like this because they are not £700 but I have found it great and not too heavy at all .

It says its good for 30% extra over the stock clutch, the stock clutch tends to slip at over 350ish horses so at 500 your us hung its ability pretty hard. I Spose it all depends on how you drive. I went with a 550ftlb rated clutch as I knew it would give me a good ceiling.

I'd do some research, you don't want to be pulling the box off again in 6 months because your drag style launches or sideways habits have cooked it.

The F1 clutch is quit good the only problem i know of with the Puk clutch design is you sometimes get a squealing sound when pulling off but other than that they work well

Unless your needing that type of clutch i wouldnt bother, paddles are fine if you need them but they can squeal, they eat the flywheel and the bite point is aggressive so driving in traffic can be a pain.

I know a couple of people that have used these & all good reports so far, consequently I've now got one of these kits waiting to be fitted, just got to finish fixing suspension & get her in the garage to fit it ;-)
