I don't know to be honest. I think mine kicks the immobiliser in but then I just press the fob and it'll let me start. It does have an immobiliser fob too - but it doesn't work lol

You need to talk to auto watch or Abacus alarms on 0208 677 1999

http://www.autowatch.co.uk/index.html

It looks like it could be one of these or an earlier model..........

You maybe able to turn function off, but if Thatcham it is usually pre set with a temporary way of turning it off....

You will need to find the main unit and get model number to give the technical guy's....

Try manufacturer first and then retailer second....

AUTOWATCH 160 RLi

Product Information

AUTOWATCH 160 RLi Thatcham Cat 1 Car Alarm System THE PROFESSIONALS CHOICE Designed and engineered to offer years of Trouble free operation, this highly sophisticated vehicle security system will thwart the attempts of the most determined thief. Many comfort features have been included to enhance the Convenience Of the driver, in spite of this the simplicity of operation remains one of the highlights of the product. The system incorporates state of the art components and electronic design.

The remote controlled transmitters incorporate the most secure encryption techniques available. No code is transmitted twice, rendering code grabbers and scanners ineffective - over a million billion possible code combinations! The main unit is one of the smallest on the market making it easy to conceal. Even if a thief locates the unit it is protected against attack by a rugged polycarbonate security housing. The Compact siren, housed in the engine compartment, is also a leader in technology. Conventional sirens are connected by wires that make the system vulnerable to attack. Not the 160 RLi. The siren is intelligent (microprocessor controlled) and communicates with the control module over a secure data line. Once the siren has been instructed that the alarm is "ON" - that's it. The wires can be attacked in any fashion. The moment they are tampered with, the siren takes control and starts sounding an ear piercing warning. Back up batteries within the siren protect the vehicle even if the vehicle's battery is removed. Don't try to physically attack the siren – it’s made of high impact polycarbonate and will resist attack even with a hammer! It can undoubtedly be said that the 160 Rli, uncompromised in quality, is the leader in vehicle security systems today. It enjoys accreditation by Thatcham in the United Kingdom and has been designed to comply with the relevant EEC directives Key features Simple to operate Two circuit immobilisation Two encrypted remote controls supplied Over a million billion possible code combinations

Watching my Z disintegrate on my driveway!!!

I've got one of those alarms.

You cant adjust the time before it auto imobaluzes.

However if you turn the key to the ignition position then press the button , it should switch off the imobaluser rather than lock the car
