I hope You understand what i write guys ;) .

My clutch was working before i remove engine. After i put the engine back, I buy a brand nev slave clutch cylinder (old one was leaking) and istal it.

Put new fluid into system, and trying to bleed it like in all this FAQ.

My clutch pedal is soft, like no resistance at all, all the way.

Slave cylinder dont move at all, even 1mm.

Fluid is coming out from bleed valve on bottom and this one near driver wing.

Why my clutch not working at all?

you need to Bleed the Master ... then the small Block ... Then Slave ...

as you have had it all apart you have let air in to the system all the way to the Master cylinder

You need to break in Your new engine right? So You need make alot of miles right?

I had this tried various times at slave and at remote nipple under the bonnet turned out to be clutch master clylinder seals had given up got a repair kit from nissan which comes comlete with new piston and all good bleed first time .Its a pig to take out though.

Im doing that for You Mark, so You dont need to drive Your car to random places to makes some miles :P .

Think about that, You brake in Your engine much faster becouse of me :D

Hmm anybody know where i can buy CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER or REPAIR KIT for it in a decent price?

I got a feeling my is dead :/ .

Maybe somone got one for sale?

fix it. there easy to do.

take apart the booster and you will find that the rubber has worn down on one side, remove it and replace it back on backwards to how it was.

worked on mine and have no problems since.

There such a pig to get out I would only want to do it once, just get the repair kit its a nissan part and its a replacement cartridge for the inside of the master cylinder .

It probaly just needs bleeding properly,dont spend money on a new cylinder yet,if your moving fluid when the nipples open the master is ok,if you want to rid yourself of the aggro buy a one piece braided clutch line and fit that.it will bleed easy then.

sounds like your bleeding off the fluid before you get a "head" above it...in this i mean its all dropping out before any storage is achieved and ive had the exact same problem on a nissan cabstar and this is what i done to sort it...get a metre piece of rubber hose and fit it to the bleed nipple and turn it back up inner wing to master cylinder and cable tie.undo bleed nipple and fill the master to the brim and keep top off then keep topping up over a few hours and fluid ends up the same level in rubber tube as master and most air should be out or at least purged enough to start bleeding.

Im sure it needs a seal kit i put about 3 litres of fluid threw mine ,i tried holding pedal down overnite and back bleeding with a syringe from the slave neither worked till i fitted seal kit then bleed straight away.

given the time he stated trying to bleed, it could of destroyed the seal so you may be right

Ok i take Master Cylinder out and check it and honestly it looks ok, dont see any signs of leaks or something :/ .

I dont get it, why we cant bleed that stupid clutch...

Taff Your master cylinder looks bad and You see it needs rebuild or it looks ok?

 

Ehh its only that damn clutch that holds my car in a garage :(

take the rod out and turn that seal around and refit.

Anyone got spare good working Clutch Master Cylinder i can borrow to test my is bad? If its i buy that one i borrow (of course if the price is normal).

Why dont you just get a seal kit a secondhand one might have the same problem and there a pain to take in and out mine bleed first time with new seal kit, mine had worn the rubber seal all down on one side on the piston rod witch slides in the master bore.

I ordered nissan repair kit, ehh i need to wait 5 days to get it :/
