the button is next to the > [go advanced]

 

then click the [manage attachments]

 

upload your pic

On my iPad, I press the picture icon - the tree in a frame 2 along from the envelope, press from computer and use my photos. Simple!!

Try 'Insert Image', middle row of icons towards the right and then find the pic you want from your laptop :wink:.
