not sure how you are thinking about your turbos and this kit .. but totally different parts of the engine and idle system

that kit z1 have was done before the Selin dual Maf setup was available to buy and to use that old system did work but you had to have your ECU remapped to

work with One Maf on one side of the engine think the Maf signal was divided x2 something like that

the extra pipes was to take a Vacuum feed from the other side of the system and route it back in to the idle control valve for a better idle

on that setup

Mark i know i need to tune my car on a dyno, but without that extra small pipes i think i have no normal iddle rpms :/ . I want to use only one MAF, and no selin .

I only wonder that small extra pipes are normal pipes or some kind special one way or something like that, becouse welding something like this its not hard job :)

It was Noz who tell me hes working on this for his car cos he got a iddle problems ;) . Or i miss understand him :D

didn't tell me about it .. it would be easy to modifie original pipes anyways

just drill and tap the other turbo outlet pipe and take a pipe to the idle control pipe and T in to it ..

That "idle air balance kit" got only that extra normal small pipes on compressor outlet pipe and idle air inlet tube or that pipes got some kind of one way valves inside or restricotrs?

That was my question, they are normal pipes or not? I know its easy job to weld that extra pipes, maybe 10-15min and done.

I don't have idle problems. Ask anyone who was at Japfest that saw/heard my car idling :D

I'm a perfectionist, and there are some mapping considerations to take into account with running a single Maf with dual intakes, which may vary from car to car, hence I am developing an idle balance kit that can be universal & tailored to each specific car. I can map anyone's car with single MAF, dual intakes and no idle balance kit, but it takes longer, and therefore will cost more. Hence, I will be offering the adjustable idle balance kit which will eliminate any idle-specific variation between cars and keep costs down for the end user.

Ops sorry Noz, i missunderstand You :pinch:

So its ok if i weld that 2 small pipes yes (and use rubber pipe ofcourse) ? :)

I want to instal this dual intake when i arive to dyno tune (hope at Noz place :) ) so i put plugs at this small pipes first ;) .

Any ideas when these will be available mate? And yes he spent longer sat in it listening to it idle when he arrived than he did throwing a dirty cloth over it to make it "clean" when he succumbed to peer pressure :P

Got some important jobs to get out of the way first, then will look into finishing it off. After Time Attack & BDC, so will get on it middle of June hopefully.

My car was exceptionally dirty that day.
