The owner of this engine is determined that it's a TT lump! I just had to double-check (given my n00b status to Zeds) that I wasn't missing something.....

defo not a turbo car m8

 

and the internals of some of the parts are different as well

lol, yip def a NON TT, no doubt there, pure things been castrated !

And correct me if I am wrong, but all TT has red on the plenium and NA are black, also TT have twin turbo on plenum.

Also, the NA has a turbo either side of the engine whereas the TT's don't. I'm pretty sure that right?.. 2 secs, let me just phone the guy selling that one to confirm!

but NA manual Z dont have Vacuum assisted master cylinder

He's revised his eBay ad to state that it's NOT the TT model now. He sais he was sold it as a TT and it was something he never thought to check... if that's the case, I feel quite sorry for the guy.... :(

My log book and like others is missing loads of info

 

my one just says 300zx 3 door

and when you do the insurance you have to tell them its a TT or NA

My log book just says Red Nissan.

Surely he's driven it. I think someone not knowing that sounds a little dodgy to me mate. On the other hand you might be able to bring him down on the price now lol.
