Vented sump, not Nissan design

Workshop zed with a nasty noise when running was a bit difficult to see in the car but could just make out this....additional vent hole!

So popped the engine out for a closer look......

Even more going on than original thought, something banging about in the sump :(

    they must of forgot to put silicone on the rod bolts..
