Another question!

 

Im hearing some slight sqeaky noises from both front wheel swhich sound a lot like i need to replace the bearings. Would it be best to order and replace them directly or should i just replace the front axle? Anyone have an idea what would be involved in cost / effort terms for both options?

depends on how much you want to spend.... I'd just do the bearings... I'm sure there is write up somewhere... (or check the FSM)

Check that it's not something else first.

The wheel bearing arn't cheap so be sure that's what you need. Jack the car up wiggle the wheel and see if there's much free play. Then remove the wheel, and check the individual arms, theres quite a bit under there.
