The vBulletin Blogs system has now been activated as i think as a feature it could be used.

 

For all of you that don't know what a blog is heres a definition from wikipedia :

 

A blog (a portmanteau of the term web log)[1] is a discussion or informational site published on the World Wide Web and consisting of discrete entries ("posts") typically displayed in reverse chronological order (the most recent post appears first). Until 2009 blogs were usually the work of a single individual, occasionally of a small group, and often covered a single subject. More recently "multi-author blogs" (MABs) have developed, with posts written by large numbers of authors and professionally edited. MABs from newspapers, other media outlets, universities, think tanks, interest groups and similar institutions account for an increasing quantity of blog traffic...

 

It's more or less like the projects pages but for anything you want - zed related.

 

Good news is you can promote any of your posts to your own blog rather than typing them over twice

 

and lastly the blog system is readable without having to logon so you could have a project page and then post the url to it on facebook for all to see.

 

Just remember that the blog system falls under the jurisdiction of the mods just like the forums so any material found to be against the AUP or not suitable for the unregistered general public will be removed.
