Put a tarpaulin over the engine and pressure wash it !

Go with the tarp - and then coat the underside of the bonnet is something like Gunk, leave to soak for a few minutes, then hose down!

Otherwise parafin or methylated spirits should also help dissolve grease and grime!

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

TFR is good for this, wear gloves and use a cloth for accuracy, or as said, cover engine and just spray a layer on, agitate with a brush and then rinse. :)

Be aware though!!!!

TFR will mark non metallics, hence the suggestion of local application with a cloth ;)

Otherwise make sure panels are covered or soaked with soapy water :)

Do you want an under bonnet insulation sheet lol, cover it up
