my new exhuast turned up today, really happy, japspeed silenced dewnpipes and cat back,

 

cat back fits perfect,

 

however the drivers side pipe is hitting the bulkhead, and can't be tighted up, any one ever had this problem?

 

its a '95 NA manual, the passanger side fits perfect.

Sorry ive only done their turbo system, they should be very simular front pipe wise. Speak to japspeed themselves they can be quite helpfull.

i had this same issue but fitting it to a TT, managed to get it in the end but needed the pipe bending ever so slightly. takes a far bit of effort to do that, i didn't have the option of speaking to japspeed as the exhaust came of another car so no warranty or anything with it.

done mine by putting the jack under the exhaust before I tightened all the bolts and gently jack the car seemed to go ok just dont use the jack to much

mine was japspeed downpipes and mongoose all the way back might be different on your exhaust set up

id have to either dent the bulk head, or cut the flange off and weld a new bit on. its no where near, the old decats fit perfect though, i only wanted the silencers lol.

 

already spoke to japspeed, aparently it dosn't happen, only difference is auto-manual and lwb-swb, so i wanted ask, sending them pictures as well. its just hassle as spent my lunch break today with it on one of our ramps fighting rusty bolts ...:glare:

I had exactly the same issue, although it was the pax side on mine. The exhaust hangar would knock up against the bulkhead as you describe. I cut off the hangar and moved it back slightly. That side exhaust (mongoose), when you view down over the bumper sits noticeably further back, which it didn't before I decatted (I already had the exhaudt and only bought the decats) so I just put it down to cheap products!
