I know the car you mean, I had a similar one in blue with half leather half blue suede seats, really nice to look at but crap 1.8 engine.

 

This one's got a Z20LET in it.

 

Peugeot 205 1.9 GTi. One of the best fwd cars I have ever driven, you can literally drive them round corners with the throttle like an rwd car. Also they have started to climb in value like a lot of other cars mentioned in this thread so far!!!

 

 

 

Good to see some other former Prelude owners!! Quite an underrated car, changing the suspension improves these massively. And VTEC is very addictive!!

Not selling, but I very much regret the day I lost the back end, clipped the curb and spun her out on a sliproad in 2009

 

After hitting barriers on both sides of the road it was a write off

 

I honestly thought i had no pics of my first Z and I don't, but then I remember the previous owner uploaded some to the site where they did the bodywork, so here she is

 

Does anyone know what the chromed indicator repeaters are - They said 'Twin Turbo' across the middle (see last pic)

 

Also, technically I still own the TCZ7040 Registration number as the car is actually SORN even though it no longer exists as it was stripped for parts. However I don't know how to transfer this to my current car as I was told the car the plate is currently on must be taxed? Maybe someone here also knows more about how I retrieve it?

Nahh those ones on my old blue zed were chrome and had a little yellow indicator bulb in them, but not LEDs - I really have no idea where they came from and have never seen the like of them since

For me it would have to be my old R32 GTR, it was Mine's tuned and had Mine's everything even down to the coilovers, sold it to some guy for Sweden who put some cheap fuel in it a few months later and killed it :(

 

Shame I can't find an engine picture as it had a stunning 'bay

I most regret getting rid of a Mazda Xedos. Proper old mans car but it was sooo smooth. Lovely to drive
