What is the general consensus with TT conversions from an N/A once the logbook has been updated etc, then you change the insurance to a TT. Would it generally be more expensive than a factory TT and be classed as a 'kit car' or anything silly like that or will it just a straight forward TT insurance?

I think technically it would be a modification, I remeber this mess when I looked at putting a 2.8 in my 1.6 capri settled for the 2

most of the Jap 300zx are not listed correctly with DVLA and on the log book anyways

and most of the time u have to tell them its a TT or NA

you could just say to your insurance that u just found out that your car is a TT not a NA as it was sold to me .. :)
