Its certainly not as good what it used to be but still brilliant! :)

Yeah I hope they keep it going will be a sad day if the don't make any more, new series is meant to be back to the old ways, lunacy and sillyness lol

Yup - another series; and even though it has sometimes shwon signs of losing its way a bit, it is still the best thing on TV by miles!!

 

I will still watch it as it's great entertainment.....

 

.....and on the subject of TG, I have just watched The Sweeney (TG did the car chase finale, remember?) and thought it was dead good!!

I thought so mate - it's a bit different to the original 1970s series but Ray Winston does a great job as Regan. Well worth the £9.99 I paid for the DVD in Sainsburys yesterday!!

Not a fan, sorry to go against the popular opinion here, but its not for me.

 

Have never met any of the three presenters, so cant honestly comment, but not keen on any of them.

Clarkson is the worst, Hammond just irritates me and the other one, is only there as a stooge ?

i like top gear and will watch it ... but with the show line up .. its all the same .... same stunts/challengers just different car/location .. it was supposed to be a all new show

I agree Mark - although they are just running with a tried and tested formula... If they changed it and went back to the bad old days of a serious motoring program, reviewing the merits of fuel economy and practicality of a Ford Mondeo diesel, it would be like 5th gear (read boring crap) and no-one apart from adenoidal nerds would watch it!!

 

So they do the same thing; basically thrash the nuts off a supercar, cock around and have the odd laugh, hence we all still watch it!!
