I'm heading up to Glasgow this saturday for the start so i'll get some pics and hopfully some good video shots.

Maybe we could Organise a our own Club run, similar to a Cannonball run down to Monte.

lol yeah plenty of spares in yours and mine will keep the club going to get there, then just choose another couple of members to donate there cars for the run back up LOL :dance: :thumbup:

As for z run to monte carlo, there was one! It ran for a few years but was for z31s and I was going to go along one year but the zed wasn't fit on time. Was called zball rally and you raised your own sponsorship for a chosen charity...support vehicle provided.

There will be an ex British 240z starting from Glasgow

this used to belong to Rob Gaskin who used to use it on track days for quite a few years He sold it within the last few years to a guy in Europe and he has had it converted to a rally spec car and did a couple of rallies in Europe in it in 2012

I know Rob is trying to see the car as the Stage passes through the Midlands but would really be chuffed of any snaps you could take of it at the start in Glasgow

I have taken my Z to Monaco back in June, drove around the circuit and had loads of people taking snaps of the car as we lapped through casino square. Now if there was ever going to be a ZED run to Monaco and back, I'd definitely be up for it!

 

What a place and what a journey; a great trip and amazing adventure. To say I am jealous is an understatement

Great pics Lee and Misty thanks for sharing them guys. I wonder how many of these great cars will get to Monte Carlo as it is such a long drive and Winter time is not the best time of year to do it. But I wish them all well and a safe journey:thumbup1:
