It dosnt seem to be easy to get a set of R33(gtr) calipers anywere so im now looking at a set of Mitsubishi Evo front brembo calipers @ 320mm discs.

I am going to need a fitment kit/ coversion or braket made up from an enineering company. My question is how do i go about this? Is there a patern i can take to the engineering place or is it a kit i buy of someone?

Cheers guys.

I posted up a link for you a week or so back to a chap on sxoc that does a package with the brackets discs braided lines etc.

Hi,

Don't know how much u have to spend but found a set of brembo 350z calipers £500, on eBay.

Can't work out on my stupid phone how to link u to it...

Front and rear calipers with disc.

I typed in brembo brake calipers and scrolled down till I found them.

Sure u only have to drill the holes a little larger on the front hubs and they bolt straight on then..

Your right about the fronts mate, however the rears require one of the mounting lugs on the hub to be cut off and re welded in the right position. It's been done by someone on here but is a ball ache to do.

Didn't know about rears, I thought he may be able to buy set for £500 fit fronts and sell rears.

To be honest didn't even think of changing rears would it really be worth it, just the fronts should make a huge difference.

Glad u mentioned it, should have said what I ment lol.

Thank u

just want to upgrade my front brakes, never thought it would be a pain and long winded process.

Its really not, you have 4 choices r33 gtr calipers, straight fit. Z33 calipers, drill out mounting hole to accomadate larger bolt, brembo evos, require a cixing bracket. Or d2/ksport kits. The hard bit is doing it on budjet. But the swap is easy.
