Got my car running loads better ...

after me and noz thought they may be something wrong with the Map on the chip ..

found out the engine was being starved of fuel ...

Change Pump .. still the same

Checked Pipe work noticed what looked to be a kink ... sorted that Still the same

so there's me scratching head for day or 2 ..

decided to Bypass the Fuel filter .. Guess what all works fine Proper fuel pressure and power

so even with Expensive Filters you can have problems with

My car is FOOOOOOOKING rapid !!

i totally crapped my self when it wheel span in 4th gear and only running 14psi ( Stock Pressure )

Silly things like that can still get the best of us lol

yeah sorted the fueling out ...

after changing few items that the high flow fuel filter isnt that high flow for some reason

Mark, heard through the grapevine you had posted on facebook that its thrown a bearing? ( I don't use or have fb) is that correct? What a total pain in the arse!

i spoke with mark earlier today and he didnt say anything about this. cant see it myself.

I guess mark will have to confirm himself, could just be Chinese whispers. Hope so.

I'm afraid it wasn't the Rear journal thrust bearing wasn't made correctly

all looked and felt ok but wasn't Hard as it should of been ..

so engine out quick bearing change and crank regrind .. refit and now with 200 miles on the clock since Sunday just gone

What a pain mark. Not fun pulling that engine in and out. The bearing itself was at fault, what's the chances of that really unlucky.
