Looks good so far, but isn't the rear wheel arch out of shape?

 

He's flared them, have a look through his threads mate, he's not used a fibre glass kit! Workmanship is top drawer.

Ah thanks for putting me right, it looks well and I suppose you have more room now without the bulky black one. Did you fabricate this yourself or was this something you could purchase elsewhere?

Well Don ( the pannel beater) did say it was going to get worse befor it gets better !!!

amazing project, love how tight the panel alignment is... and now looks like you've gotta do it all over again lol :D

 

now doubt this will be one of the tightest, tidiest and well maintained zeds on the road.

Sorry for the late reply John!! I fabricated it miself at work :-) and yes plenty of room now !! and thats the reason I made it The reo bar Origonal one did not allow any adjustment what so ever!!

All coming into place now looking well,

 

Shame you wasnt in the UK i would be asking if you could create me one ( for a fee of course ) as I have a zenon front bumper to be fitted and as you know the light fittings are small and with the original bar there is no room to bolt on without taking all the inner mud guards off.

 

Cant wait to see yours completed though mate.
