Hi folks; need some help here and I am totally lost hoping someone can help me, I am going to paint the front bumper of the Z; matching the green pearl effect colour is no problem, but...here comes the tough one, when it comes to that part of the bumper that sourrounds the lisence plate area and the side lights, body shop can´t seem to find what colour is that exactly; I´m talking about the grey side that sourrunds of the front bumper this one...

 

 

 

As matter fact if you notice this same colour is the one that sorrunds the side mirrors...

Please I am desperate; anyone one knows what colour is this and the code if possible? or where can I get this information?

Could be a choice, but I prefer having it alls tock original..jesus I suppose Nissan should know what colour is this?

are you respraying that bumper or painting a new one?

 

if its that bumper a competent body shop should be able to mask it so it wouldn't need painting

 

but there is no paint code as far as im aware.

The problem is that it's coloured with plastic pellets when moulded, you'll find it damn near impossible to match I'm afraid. Fully understand you wanting to keep it stock but matt black is probably as close as you'll get.

I never ordered it in the end so no idea if it was the correct colour, as I said this was some time ago, might be the fact that it was before the site changed to it's new server that the link no longer works, lots of thing never worked when we changed over.
