I upgrade to an e46 from an e36 2 years ago and miss the look of an e36 so im thinking of selling my e46 and going back the other half thinks i should keep the e46 what do you lot think

My opinion.....

 

....keep the e46 mate! The only "classic" 3-series that looks good (IMO of course) is the e30. I reckon that each time BMW made a new 3-series, it really made the previous incarnation date pretty badly, pretty quickly. The e36 looks old and outclassed in comparison to your e46 - whereas the e30 is now retro-cool. The E36 won't attain that status for many years yet....

I didn't know that mate - so, I guess, once all the chavved up and replica M3 e36s have been wrapped around trees, then the good ones which still survive will surely attain classic status like the e30....:winkiss:

E46 All day over a E36 for me. (Yes I have one, but have owned both)

I have an E46 and love its comfort and inside cabin feel on the move....great beemers.
