Take the best bits off it then scrap it, think about all the issues you've had with that one.

Find a new shell and start over i say and don't look back, although its a shame you've had so many issues.

But it is a zed, lol

was thinking bout a rolling shell but the time and money to swap everything over i could get the sills repaird bit of a rock and hard place situation

Hi mate,

I reshelled mine,

and glad I did, had UK spec car, and had it painted and along the bottom of seal I had took stonechip off for smooth look,

and it had little spots of rust coming back.

no actual holes in the car at seemed very clean UK car.

but my cousin had a zed and smashed his front bumper and found a grey zed on ebay for couple hundred quid with no engine in it.

he took front bumper off and said to me take what I want before he scraps it.

got underneath and it was like a new car, so stripped it had the shell sprayed colour of my car and put all my UK bits onto it.

I ain't looked back since doing it, I'm now stonechiping underneath to make sure it stays clean.

if I was doing it again I would strip the shell stonechip it all, dinitrol wax it. then paint it.

it's nice when there a bare shell cause u can paint engine bay and everywhere and have one very clean zed.

couple pics when I done mine

dinitrol stonechip underneath the car, just waiting for bits from ebay the bottom of the car and

wheel arches will all be gloss black hopefully no rust for a few yrs.

I'm doing all the dinitrol stonechip now, instead of when I last reshelled the car wish I done it all before cause almost had to strip it all again lol..

just make sure u find a shell in mint condition if you want to do it, I'm getting a right fussy git with my zed and it's starting

to get on my nerves lol.

goodluck with whatever way you choose to do it.
