common carp are different to koi carps, koi's are a japanese imported fish, a 2ft koi (grade A) will go for a couple of hundred from a supplier,

Correct however a non descript english bred koi of no lineage or set pattern at that size on the private market more like £50.

So they are just going to fill a pond in with fish still in it? I'd report them to the RSPCA, that's just wrong :censored:

not sure they are intrested to be honest the size of the pond would take along time to drain and try to catch every fish ,,,alot to do with money and time at the end of the day

Try the EA they drain lakes and remove fish all the time mate.

you can hire or borrow a sump pump for the day it will probally be drained before you know it. i use them for draining swimming pools. rehoming fish esp big ones is always a pita. just be glad its not a large tropical or marine fish. finding a new home for a redtailed blue catfish or giant gourmai is a headache.

Take them out and drop them in a carp lake like Broadlands near Beaulieu, levae them for a year or so and they will double in size, then i can fish for them.

Yeah that is mega wrong in my eyes, I hate people that knowingly do this sort of thing.

Fair play for doing what you can mate:thumbup1:
