Anyone looking to save on tyres.......?

I need one new rear tyre on the Merc so I have been looking at prices on the 'net today and thought this place might be of interest to some of you....

For one 245/35/18Y Continental Sport Contact 3 MO fitment, most places were coming in at around £190 fitted. I paid that for one back in the spring and E-tyres price is currently £187.....

 

.....but these guys can do it fully fitted for £168! They use your nearest Halfords Auto Centre - you just have to book a day and a time, you don't pay anything up front and it's not a bad saving!! Especially as Camskills price for supply only (ex delivery) is £150 for the same tyre - and I don't have to mess around squeezing it into the boot of the car and finding someone to fit it!!

    That's handy to know. Gonna be putting winter tyres on my mx5 soon and there's a halfords auto centre just down the road- ta!

    Just priced up 2 tyres for my rear wheels.

    £264.00 each for the same as i have on now. Lucky i dont need any more tyres yet.
