I never got any with my car either, does anyone know where you can get the originals from? Do Nissan still do them?

Apart from Tooley, where can we get Targa Bags from?

Anyone know...???

Would be nice in leather with nice spongey inside and a big Z logo on it....(dribbles)

:o)

Without meaning to sound tight (but I will) I could get those made cheaper and out of real leather!

And I would get the logo for chuff all too, talking about £100'ish for a Targa Bag with a logo!

Now I just got to find someone with a leather supply and local...LOL

:o)

Timmy and whoever else may be interested,

I will do some asking as there are many places to get leather from round here, Any one got the sizes of a Targa bag? Also who would want one?

Timmy what about design B without the web address? no offence to the forum (awaits the backlash)

Jeff, Matty,

Have just phoned Nissan in Chester, they are getting back to me with a price hopefully. The guy reckons that they are quite expensive though! Surprise, surprise!!!

Watch this space...

Matty,

Sounds good to me, anything that looks cool and protects the roof panels is fine by me.

I'm mad for it!!!

Failing that, we can buy one each of Mr. Tooley...LOL! Which is fine if you're out on your own and you only need to take one panel off!

Matty, I was lucky enough to get an original pair with my car; I'll measure them up for you tonight if you want.

That would be great....

Cheers!!

...still waiting for Nissan to ring back!!! What's the matter with these people who say "I'll ring you back"...

It's just a fob off which really means "I don't know the answer to what you're asking me so I'll get rid of you!", unbelievable!

My God, do you guyZ want a laugh or what??? Nissan just rang me back, wait for it...I knew that they would be expensive but this takes the piss! £87+VAT each...I'm just glad that Ronnie Biggs is on his way back to Blightey, then he can nick me some!

I'm really shocked at Nissan, my Brother used to have a nice prelude and he was always moaning about the cost of running it. Anything and everything was well expensive from servicing to parts etc.

My Supra was cheaper to run than the average f**kin' Micra. Nissan, wake up, you are the most expensive of all the Jap car peeps. WHY? All your cars are shite apart from the Z cars...LOL! Robbing bastards!

Wrong side of the bed today???

Mind you, sayin that you ain't chuffin wrong. Nothing worse than drivin round in a courtesy 'Spunk Bubble' thems nasty..... :o(

Z's are the muts but the prices need to drop like a ton of led dropped off a really high thing..... :o)

I am waiting for a call back on the real leather bags, Soon as I know I will post the price.

...nice one top lad, I'm alright now that I'm eating my lunch.

Does get on me goat though, I know that Jap. car manufacturers are stinging the West to keep them in Sony and JVC gizmos back home! But Nissan build boring, cars, always have done and always will! When Honda are giving people Civic VTi's and Accord Type R's what are Nissan churning out? Primera GTe, what the f**k?

If it wasn't for half decent motors like the 200 and the 300 and would fart in the face of Mr. Nissan!

LOL!!!

Tim

;-)

P.S. Let us know geeZer how you get on, as I said Matty...you da main man now!

Lest we forget who Nissan were back in the 70's eh? You know don't you? That's right, DATSUN...arrrrgggghhhhh! They made Jeremy Clarkson name the Sunny as the most boring car on the planet didn't they...LOL!

Even over a Volvo 240 GLT, now that is sad!

CD

Let's not also forget that in the 70's Datsun also developed the grandaddy to our cars...the 240Z. Which kicked arse in the US and other markets.

Trev.

Hmmm, fair play!

All I can say to that is "FIGARO"...I rest my case, whilst laughing hysterically.

Wasn't enough that they should infect the real world with Micra's etc. But they had to go one better and give us the Figaro, what can I say...JOKE springs to mind. Especially the sad f**kers that have bought one! Ha ha ha!

Well sign me up matey boy! :-p

I think the Figaro's are the nuts...1000cc turbo! auto, leather trim, AC!

But get this...they sell for more than the equivlent year Z!

I'll would have a figaro for those monday mornings driving to work with a hangover in traffic (that gaps mine!), an my Zed for tearing arse at night and weekends!

Matty, there is a leather-man in Milton Keynes that has everything from full skins to belts. Failing that, there are loads of leather people in a re-enactment magazine that I've got. When I get home tonight I'll have a look for you and post some of the better ones if you like.
