I found this site to be very good for an initial direction in modding z's for santa pod, but is usefull for many cars as well

There are a couple of things about our american friends that you need to keep in mind......................

 

Clocks run slower in the US. So when you stop the clock at 10secs in the states 12 seconds have elapsed over here.

The 1/4 mile is actually shorter in the US

Americans measure horsepower using the pony not a horse...The pony is less powerful than a horse so 100 bpp (brake pony power) is actually 80bhp UK style.

Then it all makes sense:yes:

The drag strip that features on all the vids etc goes downhill over the side of a mountain!!!
