Couple quick questions on parts

About to order parts and would like to know if the following are 'one use' items and must be replaced:

-Intake valve cover lock crush washers

-Turbo copper washers

Also, if replacing the rear oil seal will I be removing the cover around it and need a new gasket?

Anyone used solid exhaust cam plugs instead of the stock rubber ones?

Cheers

I take it your referring to the rear crank oil.seal. If so once the clutch is off and flywheel its just sat there. Nothing ectra just pry it out, and dont damage the recess.

Nice one, do you know if the crush washers for tubs and intake cam cover are reusable?

I think you can heat them up but you would be much better replacing it. I don't know the exact crush washer your on about mate but measure it and check ebay. Or I have a few of them and may have what you need but I need to know the size.

If you mean the 20 or so rubbery washers for the intake rocker covers, yeah you can re-use them, but i doubt they'll cost much, I need to buy a set my self as mine are missing, so if you get a price, let us know :)
