I used to have a Green Iguana but once he got to over a Metre long and a bit too aggressive - I gave him up to a reptile rescue centre :(

I would love an exotic pet! I fancy a praying mantis, but she wont let me have one :( I used to have a goat many moons ago!! one of the best, funniest, friendliest pets I`ve ever had :) until it broke through to next door`s garden and eat every flower in her garden , RIP Milly :(

My brother has a iguana, about 5ft long his nice but scratches u a bit when holding him,

he also has a black throat monitor about 5ft but his really big built his freindly too.

I had a Nile monitor, and that was a bloody nightmare full scale fight everytime he come out his viv,

misses made me get rid of him I was gutted.

I'm murder for reptiles everytime I see one when I'm out I have to catch it show my little boy them and let it go again.

Grabbed an adder few yrs back ended up having anti venom and night in Southend hospital, but still ain't learned was catching them the other week lol.

Only show the boy grass snakes though don't want him getting bitten.

I always wanted a pet octopus.

Ive had 2 tarantulas in the past , a chilean rose and a cuban red knee named satan and lucifer lol

i used to have a Boss Monitor years ago, me son has a Royal Python and a Red Tailed Boa locked away in his bedroom will try get some pics.

dan.

We got my niece n nephew a pair of bearded dragons a couple of years ago but unfortunately my nephew was terrified of crickets and don't even mention the locusts we had to feed em on. My niece would occasionally 'accidentally' let on escape and there would be hysterics so we had to rehome them

I grew up in a house full of reptiles & amphibians. My dad was in the Guinness book of records for having the largest captive bred frog in Britain!!! He was on Blue Peter & I went on the Wide Awake Club with my dad & the frog & met Timmy Mallet lol! We had snakes, skinks, geckos, lizards, frogs, giant snails & cockroaches, tarantulas, scorpions, and a cat. My dad set up the Portsmouth Reptile & Amphibian Society (PRAS, or more affectionately known as prats by me & my mum, haha!) which I believe is still running.

my other half has 8 tarantulas but in the past has had 375 she used to breed them !!my son was the youngest registerd breeder

for the british tarantula society

Well, my seahorses have just had about about 30 babies! of course now I'm gonna be worrying and hoping they can avoid the crabs and fish until they've grown a bit :scared:

i just keep fish ,,<a href=th_DSCF0553.jpg' alt='th_DSCF0553.jpg'>there easy and dont need walking

Me too mate.

My cats are riddled with seemingly mutant "Frontline Immune" super fleas. Does that count as exotic
