Look`s superb Daz!!! how much would that sell for when finished?

:whistling:http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/4059341.htm

Same make etc........

It looks great! One thing I have always wondered with kit cars, once they are finished do they end up as the same dimensions as the original car? I would have thought the Ferrari was a much larger car than the MR2 underneath no?

The dummy Engine is supposed to 'Hang' on cords when the lid is open(like a parcel shelf) but limits access to the Toyota lump,so I thought I would attach it to the lid so it lifts out of the way!-seems to have worked.......

And still in the correct position when the lids up.....

Out of interest, where do you get the kits for these cars from?

They look ace. Surprised they dont do more types of car though - maybe Lambo replicas or Aston replicas etc...

Still need a couple of mafs-might also slightly tint the glass to 'hide' the engine a bit!

:hammer:

Looking good. The tinting should help, or maybe find someone who's handy at air brushing? You've done a cracking job all told. Car looks great Nice work.

oh yes that looks good with the engine cover done...quick glance and it shouts a real one.You know what would of been really special if the red part came with that " red crackle finnish" that Ferrari cam covers have and also a few other Italian cars too.

so this is whats been going on inside the new wonder garage is it? not sure how I missed this thread. great job :)

is it the 140 or the T-sport lump with lift?
