Washed then polished the zed yesterday, painstakingly working my way round the car, starring with the bumper, finally got it done and stood back to admire my work just to find bird crap all over my bonnet! Got the bucket back out, I swear the bird was sat on the roof laughing at me!

Got all finished again!! Then this morning bird s**t again all over my bonnet! Sure it was the same bird! Can I just note that no other car on my street appears to be affected!!

P**sed me right off.

The b@stards; I'd be out there with a gun....

.....make sure you have plenty of wax on the paintwork mate as it protects it no end!! I must have a dozen layers on the Merc now - it feels as smooth as Kelly Brooke's inner thigh (I imagine) and now the rain and all other contaminants (including bird poo) just runs off without issue!!! Plus dead insects no longer stick to the front bumper either.....

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

I'll get back out there tomorrow then, but I've always been a bit unsure of the best method! I guess just slap it on, leave it a few minutes then buff?
