Ie does it have a set way round I have a feeling mines 180 degrees out.

yes ... it does have a 25% angle to it .. if your in 1st/2nd and your hand is about 1" away from radio facia ... its on wrong ... the angle should be pointing towards the back of the car

undo the big plate 4 bolts ..

you can get to the bolt but isnt to easy

Yeah I saw the angle popped it up and assumed it was right but feeling it it justs throws too far forward

I cant see how Mark,you must have hands like a baby,remember the pivot is underneath the support plate,and one of the stick bolts is underneath also.

It was actually really easy. Remove the console and supporting plate. Then a ring spanner wil slide over ye bolt easuy as you can lift the assembly then rachet the other side took about 10 minutes.
