Well the rain held off tonight and it was a nice pleasant evening for trying my new wheels out for size

Big thanks to Marty for letting me borrow his arches to help with measurements/decision making etc. These pictures are just a mock-up for now, but its the quickest, easiest and cheapest way to start...

RIP my Tokyo Nissan sticker.... and hello sexy 240Z metal badge (not fitted properly yet) :thumbup1:

Comments welcome, I'm well aware my car isn't to everyone's taste, and I'm probably about to lose a few more fans... I dont care

mate looks really bad ass in my opinion, i would do the same if i could. sexy looking xD. Would this effect performance or handling?

Looks ace I like it mate:thumbup1:

What size tyres are they on the back? Look dangerously stretched lol

As said the front needs doing as well, can you use your old back wheels on the front?

  • Author

The rear tyres are 255s, just a slight stretch lol. :whistling:

The picture shows the old rear wheels on the front, but they still have 265 tyres on. With a pair of 235s and a bit of camber altering I'll think they'll look acceptable. Then its just a case of polishing them up so they kinda match the back lol. this sort of arch doesnt really suit the fronts but what other options do I have?

Its got the sort of love it or hate it reaction that I expected, and you cant please everyone, especially the sheep

What do you think about putting some nice fat spacers on the front, along with the stretched tyre?

i think the only thing i don't like about it, is the extreme tyre stretch.

Agreed, lovely wheels, I like the arches, but you don't need that much stretch

Yeah I saw them mate, but theres no way I could afford them. Thats mega money!

Arches are looking good :) Thought it would be a bit too JDM for this forum. I may be selling those as the zed is going and i doubt my new car will need them :)
