I gave zedcentre a call and they said they used to make them but don't anymore (althought they are considering starting it again). They also said that it was mainly cosmetic, the pegs and the top hose are stopping the rad from moving, their bracket was really just to buffer it if the hose was squidgy and the rad wanted to move more than a 1/4 inch.

 

What has everyone else out there done?

zed centre used to sell the smithy's/dta top bracket you do need a support on there and not just rely on the hose if you went over a sharp bump in the road top hose and just resting the rad in the pins won't stop it popping out

I'm looking for the top bracket too for my japspeed radiator, wasn't there someone on here selling them recently?

With the combination of 20 year old radiators and readily available aftermarket replacements, surely there's a couple of quid in this for someone to sell privately or do a deal with japspeed or the club directly to supply these with orders via the club?

engineering costs arn't cheap being stainless steel so unless ordering a few it wouldn't be financially viable

You deffo need a decent bracket.

Even the stock flimsy Rad had brackets, geez

 

Sadly i do not make them any more for Zcentre or anyone, however if there is big enough demand I could pass on to sosmeone like twinturbo rich who done the basic lasering/cutting and folding to my design.

Think it has to be 15 at a time.
