Ok bit if a strange one but here goes, I know that the zed shares the same shock absorber setup as the R32 GTR. Now would i be able to fit zed shocks and springs to a R32 GTR?? Reason i ask is i may be buying a GTR with the intention of punting it straight on, only it has a lovely set of tein coilovers on it which i fancy for the zed. I have bilstein b6 shocks on the zed which are fairly new ( rears havent even done 200 miles ).

Cheers in advance

Can confirm for sure but would seem a waste of newish bilstens if you're going to punt it straight on. Why not get some second hand OEM skyline/300zx suspension for the GTR and keep the bilstens incase the teins turn out not to be to your comfort tastes? If they are, then sell the bilstens on rather than gift them away with the GTR.

Never thought of doing it that way round if im honest. But thanks for confirming that.

How old are the teins? If they are visually deteriorated at all then I wouldn't bother, they are probably knackered and you can't have them rebuilt in the UK.
