Thinking of buying a cat back Mongoose exhaust,

Will this restrict me with regards to what type/make of headers and precat pipes etc' that I might be able to add at a later date?

Last thing I want to do is restrict my options further down the line.

Hi redwine

My Mongoose system was a cat back system that was a direct fittment for the old system. I bought a set of megan racing headers and powerflo decat pipes last year off a member on here and fitted them without any problem.

The mongoose is a standard fitment catback, you shouldn't have any problem matching up the front end later down the line.

Well on the back of this, I have just bought a second hand Mongoose cat back system!

With a bit of luck I should have it fitted before next weekend. Can't wait!

Bit late now I know, but I guess it won't be a problem at the old MOT time?

Not a problem for MOT at all.

Was hoping to get my mongoose system fitted today. but need some more nuts and bolts, dont really want to use old ones (besides ones sheered of) Its also hammering down with rain and to wet to drive to the farm.
