Suspension settings

Changed my brake discs today and dispite finding I had bought the wrong pads, I saw the pass side front tyre was badly worn on the inside edge.

 

I have been waiting for an excuse to get some Eagles on the front but obviously the tracking needs setting to.

 

The car is lowered on Teins and has 18inch wheels.

 

Can anyone tell me the optimum settings to tell my garage?

 

Toe in, out, camber, caster?

 

I have a fully adjustable set up.
