hi guys,since removing my aiv's and putting my new intercoolers on ive got hesitation probs at tickover(dont no if its cos the car has been stood for a week?)

 

1,ive had the batterey disconnected!

2,checked for leaks!

3,blocked the pipe connected to the zorst properly!

is there anything else ive missed?

It could be that the tickover base idle is too low or the AICV/AAC-valve is stuck/sticky

 

A few things you could try:

-adjust the tickover to around 900-1000 rpm, with the adjustment screw on the AICV/AAC-valve

-disconnect the rubber hose in the middle of the balance tube that connects to the AICV/AAC-valve and spray some WD40 in it, so it gets into the valve.
