it took me aback for a second and then I realised that I hadn't actually handed over the keys to the truck yet.....as soon as I handed them over Marty got out, jumped in the truck and went home :tt2:

:lol::lol:

I did a service on a car the other day, lifted the bonnet, and every part you could put some, had loads of dried dog or cat food piled up

Did u like the Golf Vod? I know loads of people with golfs, who think they are best car in the world, also know loads of people who used to have golfs and used to think they were best car ever lol.

I never had one myself. bit of a jap freak to be honest.

I found 500 Yen in a car once. I thought get in there, got down buraeu de change and found out a yen is less than a penny. gutted. :(

Just yen, doesnt it surprise you to think that girls leave there pants behind id notice if my boxers went missing and there a damn site more conspicuos to my ass.

On the subject of golfs ive driven been in loads of diffisren t5 varients. Didnt lime any of them, esp the early ones, cannot see the big deal my mate has a mk4 r32 it goes round corners well, looms the part. Stock auto zed kills it over 40mpb!

yeah, I thought the same Bol, seems like its just a glorified Seat Leon / ibiza.

I bought a Seat Ibiza Cupra 1st sep 2008, brand new, I returned it on the 4th sept 2008 (58 plate) for a full refund lmao. I "rejected the goods" as per the sales of goods act. It was horrible to drive, and no one had one for me to test drive before purchase, which kind of helped as far as returning he car went lol.

Got a 61 plate DS3 at the moment as well, but getting rid of that, will be using 300ZX as everyday car once I have sorted out the paint issues on the front bumper, spoiler and wing mirrors. - prob do a full body respray though.

I found japanse receipts in cars before, and a flare, in the spare wheel well, instead of in the usual place of the passenger footwell.

nothing really strange though.

Anyone beat Vod's find? Vod, what did ur other half say when u made the find? lmao

jeez - loads of stuff over the years.

My first garage was an FSO garage ( ) - we had a pickup my mate was doing a PDI on - road tested & had a horrible rattle from the rear - had it on a ramp, nope - all ok. I went out on road test sat in the rear pickup area while my mate drove - noise coming from under the flat bed. We pulled it off & found a load of Polish beer bottles in the chassis - all half painted body colour as well from the factory!

had a proper Essex birds white SL in - pulled the seats out for work & found a used condom :hurl:

loads of dodgy porn in various cars!

Loved my mk2 golf gti engine was bullet proof had 3 golfs 2 mk2's and a mk3 the gti was the best of them, I'd defo have another if I ever needed a small hatch back

Used to own a 1976 Oldsmobile Cutlass that had been imported from New Mexico and found a shrivelled up Tarantula in the boot!.........was a big bugger as well but thankfully long dead.

mate, did u jump back when u saw it?

Father in law bought a new Focus RS in 2010, took the boot carpet out to clean it, loads of footprints across the boot flow, in the paint, where someone in the factory had walked across it

I found a pair of Gucci sunglasses in a 300c part ex once, they were really nice until I accidentally run them over

Not an item as such but something that was found in a Celica Supra I had recently bought, was walking up to it in the works car park and one of my mates noticed two sets of footprints on the back quarter glass, the prints were facing opposite directions
