Unless u have the original auto loom don't think it will go.

My car was a uk auto tt, and I converted it to manual and adapted the auto loom for the manual box.

But then I bought a jap spec manual shell to reshell my uk car.

And I stripped it complete to spray it, and I'm sure the main loom where it plugs into behind drivers headlight was very differant,

so I got a manual wiring harness what went to box and alternator. So it fitted right to the loom in the real manual shell.

It was a big loom went right round front of car and connected up behind dash.

There may be a way of making it work, I'm not sure, but making an auto a manual is one thing but the other way round I'd say is a nightmare.

Sure both wings, bumper, and dash had to come off to change loom.

Cause manual loom won't have plugs your gonna need, behind headlight, and I remember a relay I think in passanger wing my manual loom never had.

And wires for auto ecu.

Hopefully I'm wrong and u get it sorted.

Goodluck

If u got all the looms from auto car and it's all stripped out they should just plug together,

had everything stripped from my shell to nothing,

no engine, dash, interior, looms etc.

And was pretty easy to put back together, but mine all plugged back together has it should.

May have misread when 1st answered so not sure what part of loom you messing with.

If u have all the manual loom behind dash and around front I don't think it will go,

if changing it all you shouldn't need manual they should all plug together,

sure plugs were all differant so u can't really get it wrong.

Hope u sort it mate.

Danny (cbr) had a manual he may be able to help mate.

Thanks Terry, well my car is not striped anymore i need to work with engine in. I just want make sure that you got me right. You know alternator harnesss thats connects speed sensor neutral reverse sensors also starter motor and at the end a alternator , than its goes to the plug nest to driver side headligh. Body shell allways been manual but i only had a auto loom so i connected but its only gearbox sensors one plug is wrong. So what i need is just to get diagram of wire colours which is speed sensor an than connect with a right wire on shell loom wit out using a plug. Is that makes sense?

hi so i take it yours is manual but have a auto loom?.....well i just finished mine conversion and had no issuess with the auto loom .to patch in and overcome the inhibitor part .i removed the selector part of the auto box which has a large grey plug if you join the black to the brown and then plug it back into you auto loom plug should be drivers side of gear box this sorts the inhibitor ..then theres the wires for reverse which i believe are black and green..which you may have to lengthen and make it so you can plug it together.. hope this helps

Hi mate, are u fitting manual or auto box back in the car,

Thought u was trying to put an autobox in a manual car.

but now sounds like Your saying shell has a manual loom down to headlight.

but u have an auto loom that attaches to gearbox, Alternator etc, and want to make this part work with manual box.

If so I may have a gearbox manual loom in garage u can have it if it's still there for free. the bit that goes from gearbox, alternator and plugs in next to drivers headlight.

I will check tomorrow, let me know if I got it right this time lol.
