So my project is nearly done now. Nearly all mechanican thing is done. Just need a remap now.

Now i am running.

 

555cc injectors

Power enterprise turbo kit

Hks intercooler

2,5 inch elbows with 2.5 inch exhaust

Stock engine with 63k mileage

Rps clutch

Light weight crank pulley

Plus other small bits.

 

What bhp i can expect from this mods?

 

Becore i had 370cc injector chiped but now 555cc injectors is over fueling. I was wondering may be some of club members got ecu remaped or chiped for 555cc injectors so i can borow just to check that my engine works fine and i dont need nothing else to do before remap. Does anyone lives around me how can help me?

Yep you will overfuel very badly, simply fitting a 555 chip will solve that in an instant and make the car very driveable and allow use of the other support mods you have.

 

Then when you have both the funds and time you can book yourself into a suitable garage to have the ECU remapped.

 

Chips often come up for sale here and quite cheaply too!

But the chiped ecu can be expensive i dont really want to buy one anyway if i will do remap.

the ECU has to be chipped/socketed to do a Remap ...

 

the E=prom chip needs to be removable from the ECU ( chip/socketed ) to alowe the Mapper to Remap it for your car ...

 

and u will find if u send your ECU to AndyP it will only cost u £30>40 quid or around £80 for ECU all ready done to plug in ...
