Hi

I used to be a member on here a while back (5 years or so) under the name Amazon/Amazon Activa.

I used to own a Red UK Spec Twin Turbo, that goes by the Reg H890 NTF.

I sold it to a young lad circa 2006. Does anybody amongst the 300zx community know if its still alive?

I bought her from a lad near Oxford in 2008. Unfortunately she is not here anymore. She got flooded to just below the door handles. Have a look through my old threads and there's some pics. Ignore the plate, she had British forces Germany plates on her.

Oh dear. That makes me very sad :(.

It was in great condition when I sold it. I have seen the old topic about it getting flooded. What a shame that is. I couldn't see any pictures, any chance you can post or link me to some please? I'm getting a bit misty eyed here. I was going to try and find it to buy it back!

Little video shot from inside the car on the Boxhill to Brighton run in 2006. Sorry about the awful quality and music.

I can't believe it took less than half an hour to find my old car, the internet is amazing.

I'm based in Southampton. I have a car that is pretty expensive to run as it is, but the thought of having that one back was quite tempting. The picture above was from the Autotrader ad I purchased it from. It came from some really posh house near Guildford, and clearly had been looked after. The owner was also on here briefly. I seem to remember it had an issue where it was only firing on 5 when I purchased it. I still took it tho, and eventually fixed it. I don't think it cost me a penny in the following year of ownership, and then I sold it, and to be honest, I am not really sure why!

I know what you mean mate, the value of the receipts were amazing, it clearly didn't want for anything. I think the guy you sold it to didn't keep it up, hence why I paid the price i did (£2000).

I got her looking really good and then the water thing happened!

Now there's a member i remember, are you the same captain slow that came along to the boxhill to Brighton run? and joined the convoy as the mad plumbers van tried to get to the front.............

Such a shame. I sold it for a lot more than that. What a silly boy.
