It's good but it drastically shortens the life of the tyre you find that if you drive on the track you'll find the rubber actually getting pushed toward the sidewalls were it overheard and melts, I wouldn't recommend road use as the Tyre would pick up stones/pebbles etc and wouldn't last long, it also takes the predictability out of the tyre that the manufacturers build in, so you get loads of grip but if you push to hard they will let go in a big way

Well I of course tyres life will shorted but grip is what we all want. I dont care how long is ganna last I just need Grip ! I will definitely try this product on my old Michelin sports tyres, the rubber on it is quit hard now but I will see what happens after the tyres softener. I was reading about this more and a lot motorsport or drifting tems using this so this will definitely work.but question is now does it will work on street tyres. will let you know guys later on what experience I have.

Gotta be worth a go couldn't tell you how it would perform on normal road tyres as I've only ever seen it used on r888 and a048's

Well i know drift teams been using this and they got street tyres.

Surely it would be better, less hassle and safer to buy a tyre with a softer compound designed to give more grip?

drifting is not all about having No Grip ... they still need to control the car and be predictable

i used to use something like this in my RC Touring car days did work good but putting to much on would kill the tyres too

Never seen this before either and have got to say I would advise against its use for road tyres. There has to be a real danger of the tyre structure being seriously weakened with incorrect application. Even with only the tread area in contact with the road being affected the life of the tyre must be reduced considerably.
